Job Description
ORAKI INC. is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join its team in Montreal. The customer service representative provides impeccable service to all requests received via email only . The customer service representative supports the organization’s efforts to ensure customer satisfaction by providing and processing information related to inquiries, concerns, and questions about products and services while maintaining a professional and courteous approach. This is a full-time, permanent position from Monday to Friday.
