BC & Alberta Guide Dogs provides guide dogs to the two most western provinces of Canada, British Columbia and Alberta. Our GDMI’s are located at our main office in Delta BC (Immediately south of Vancouver). We provide domiciliary training for our clients on a 1 : 1 ratio.

Applicants are expected to have :

GDMI Qualification from an IGDF member organization.

Hold a valid driver licence.

Will be working in a small team and as such must be a team player.

Demonstrate exceptional time management and organizational skills.

Have excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with volunteers.

Salary Information.

Negotiable depending on experience : $70,000 to $90,000 per annum

Medical, Dental, Vision and life insurance provided

Start with 20 days vacation per year

Financial support will be provided for a move to BC
