Job description

Onyx Technologies developed a real estate CRM built on Salesforce. We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions.

Important Note : This position is in Montreal. We will only take local applicants.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Architectural Design : Lead the design of Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and best practices.
  • Solution Development : Oversee Salesforce projects from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Integration & Optimization : Design integrations between Salesforce and other systems; optimize performance and processes.
  • Governance & Compliance : Establish and enforce Salesforce development standards; ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Innovation : Stay updated on Salesforce features and identify opportunities to enhance business value.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience : 8+ years in Salesforce, including 4+ years in an architecture role; proven track record with large-scale solutions.
  • Certifications : Salesforce Certified Application Architect; Salesforce Certified System Architect; Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred).
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud; expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations (REST / SOAP APIs); strong knowledge of data modeling and ETL tools.
  • Soft Skills : Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities; ability to collaborate across teams; proactive and innovative mindset.
