A regular day for you will include :

Review and verify applicant income and employment information

Process any income and / or trailing documents received

Managing a busy workflow while maintaining a high level of accuracy and meeting defined service standard and turnaround times

Follow up with assigned dealerships to resolve pending / missing items via phone, fax and email, communicate and resolve issues

Update records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Carefully review applicant proof of income and employment documentation to ensure legitimacy and accuracy

Contact employers over the phone to further corroborate the information in a professional manner

Provide prompt, efficient, detailed customer-oriented service to all stakeholders

Perform all other duties as assigned

Must-haves!

You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

You possess exceptional attention to detail while operating under a sense of urgency.

You have strong analytical and arithmetic skills.

You know your way through advanced internet browsing and have amazing investigative skills

You communicate clearly over the phone and have strong listening skills.

You can manage a busy workflow and multi-task effectively.

You are tech-savvy and know your way through Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

Extra- awesome to have :

Previous experience in a lending, automotive-related business, or financial services

Post-secondary education

Working hours :

Monday to Friday 11AM to 7PM PST with alternating Saturday shifts from 9AM to 5PM PST.
