QA Lead (Automation & Test Systems)

Summary

Solutions Metrix is looking for a strong QA Lead who can build a full-scale automated testing system for products based onCreatioand other web solutions. The role requires experience designing testing processes, building automation frameworks, organizing test documentation, and managing quality at the project level.

Key Responsibilities

• Build an automated testing system for web applications used inCreatio-based products (CI/CD, environments, automation strategy).
• Define andmaintainquality standards, testing methodologies, and coverage approaches.
• Develop andmaintainUI and API automated tests using modern tools (Playwright or similar frameworks).
• Define the testing strategy for new products and major changes (test strategy, test approach).
• Manage the full testing lifecycle: planning, requirements analysis, risk assessment, and preparationof test data.
• Prepare and control the quality of test documentation: Test Plans, Test Cases, Bug Reports.
• Continuously improve testing processes and increase the level of automation.
• Collaborate with architects, team leads, and development teams to ensureoptimalquality solutions.
• Mentor QA team members andparticipatein QA hiring.

Requirements

• Experience in QA, including1+yearsas a QA Lead or Senior QA.
• Experience building automated testing systems: toolselection, framework architecture, CI/CD integration.
• Strong knowledge of web application testing methodologies.
• Solid experience in UI and API testing.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks:
• Playwright (preferred),
• or similar frameworks.
• Understandingofweb technologies: HTTP, REST, cookies, sessions.
• Knowledge of working with databases.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable automated tests and design a stable automation framework structure.
• Experience with CI/CD (Bitbucket Pipelines, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions any).
• Experience preparing Test Plans, Test Strategy, Test Reports.
• Ability to work with requirements, analyze risks, and define quality criteria.
• English Intermediate+ for working with documentation and external teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience testing complex integration systems.
• Knowledge ofCreatioor other low-code platforms.
• Experience with performance testing or load testing.
• Experience using Docker for test environments.
• Experience with log monitoring and troubleshooting containerized systems.
