Responsibilities

Offer customers an in-store experience

Welcome, advise and maximize in-store sales.

Participate in daily meetings and training sessions.

Analyze reported machine malfunctions and provide efficient customer service.

  • Ensure that the Boutique is clean (well-ordered, correct equipment, properly presented);

Qualifications

  • 1 year of prior hotel, catering, sales or retail experience is required
  • Flexibility to work Friday evening, Saturdays, Sundays
  • Excellent presentation, communication & interpersonal skills; exceptional customer service skills
  • Hands on and pragmatic
  • Punctuality and discipline
  • Strong Team player
  • Preferred Qualification :

  • Knowledge of coffee would be a great asset
