Position Summary :
Under the direction of the Director, Operational Analytics, this position is responsible leading and influencing a high-performing team for a rapidly growing company. We are looking for someone with a strong data analytics background who can partner with various teams analyzing gaming data to drive operational efficiency growth across all areas of the company. The Manager and the team will support all regions across Canada. This role will have a specific focus upon managing a varied team that supports corporate-wide analysis – largely in the non-gaming space. If you have a strong data manipulation background with experience in operations, analytics and developing a team, then this is the right opportunity for you. The chosen candidate will be expected to take a mentorship role by providing effective coaching and guidance to less experienced analysts, ensuring a safe and welcoming work environment for all employees. The Director and the team will support all regions across Canada.
