Daily Responsibilities:
As a Technical System Analyst for IBM Content Manager support role, you are expected to support infrastructure Middleware of application, and support application team, and working on resolving Application issues/challenges related to Middleware. Such as IBM Content Manager, including ECM, IER, ICN, WAS, IHS. You will need to work on Compliances and addressing Vulnerability and Technical Security standards remediation, plus upgrades etc. You will be working with application team, on their projects and timelines for certain Infrastructure tasks.

Must Have Skills:

• Strong Knowledge of IBM WebSphere Application Servers
• Expert in Support role for IBM Enterprise Content Manager (ECM), IBM Records Manager (IER) and IBM Content Navigator (ICN)
