Position Responsibilities :

You'll report directly to our Creative Director and play a pivotal role in managing video production workflows, ensuring smooth coordination across creative teams, tight timelines, and optimized budgets—all while delivering content that inspires and captivates audiences online.

As the Media Manager, you will also be responsible for keeping all content and campaigns on track, ensuring deadlines are met and the overall strategy is implemented effectively. This person will also track metrics and channel performance to ensure optimal results.

This role includes : Pre-Production

  • Develop detailed project timelines and milestones tailored to digital content.
  • Prepare budget estimates and ensure fiscal accountability.
  • Build and coordinate teams of creatives, editors, and external partners.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal collaborators.
  • Collaborate on concepts and scripts designed for digital platforms.

Production

  • Secure locations, permits, and cutting-edge equipment suitable for online video   formats.
  • Oversee filming, ensuring high-quality output optimized for digital consumption.
  • Troubleshoot on-set challenges and pivot strategies as needed.
  • Post-Production

  • Lead video editing workflows, incorporating feedback loops efficiently.
  • Oversee the addition of sound effects, music, graphics, and other digital enhancements.
  • Manage client reviews and approvals to ensure delivery of polished, platform-ready content.
  • General Responsibilities

  • Project Management Excellence : Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and budgets.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and provide regular updates.
  • Cultivate relationships with vendors, collaborators, and digital partners.
  • Identify risks early and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Foster team growth through leadership, mentorship, and training.
  • Track metrics and channel performance to ensure campaigns meet strategic goals.
  • Qualifications :

  • 4+ years of experience in video production, project management, or a similar digital media role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing media projects for online audiences.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Media-Savvy : You thrive in the digital media space, with a keen eye for crafting content tailored to diverse online platforms.
