CAD27–CAD28 hourlyJob descriptionPerform oil & filter changes Sell lubrication, safety inspection, & related services Perform complete multi-point inspection on vehicles. Mark required items on list & present findings to Service Advisor Mount / balance / rotate / repair tires & add air as needed Perform diagnostics, repairs, & maintenance Inspect hoses, belts, plugs, fuel systems, brakes, & other items Inspect motors in operation, road test, & test systems & components using computerized diagnostics & other devices to diagnose & isolate faults Adjust, repair, or replace parts & components including fuel system, brakes, steering & suspension, engine & drive train, emission control & exhaust, cooling & climate control, & electrical & electronic systems 1st year Apprentice Oil change & tire experience is an asset Basic computer skills Shop / dealership experience preferred Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting (50-75 lbs, standing for long periods of time and ability to use power and hand-held equipment Must possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving history

- Assisting other apprentices with building tire sets
- Tire inventory duties, for tire season
- General shop duties - will be discussed during interview
