The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role supports business objectives by developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with company goals
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
Administer compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and employee records
Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies
Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee performance
Advise management on HR best practices and workforce planning
Handle conflict resolution, investigations, and grievance management
Maintain HR metrics, reports, and documentation
Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and a positive company culture
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience (management level preferred)
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Professional HR certification (SHRM, PHR, CIPD) is an advantage
