Job Description
As the next step in our business growth, we are looking for a motivated and intrapreneurial-minded Recruitment Assistant. We have been providing permanent placement, search, headhunting, and temporary workforce solutions since 2017. Our focus is providing unique, affordable and streamlined customer-centric recruitment solutions for small to medium businesses.
This position will be fully remote (virtual) with occasional meetings / networking events in the Milton / Halton area. The responsibilities will include assisting with a range of recruitment related tasks, including sourcing and preliminary screening, as well as broader administrative duties as required. A high level of professionalism and drive with an eye for talent and innovation is key!
Salary :
20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Hours of Work :
You set your hours, but a regular predetermined schedule during business hours is expected.
The expected hours will initially be 20 per week with the potential to expand over time.

Requirements
Experience is a strong asset, but not required. Training will be provided. A strong and demonstrable ability to read people and notice relevant details through an interview process. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt to and learn new technology / software quickly. Experience with Google and / or Zoho products is an asset. Strong administrative abilities with an eye for continuous improvement. Knowledgeable and comfortable in an online 100% paperless environment. Exceptional multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Desire to grow personally and professionally, building something along the way.
