Fueler / General Labourer

MATRIX is a national company providing camps, logistics, and aviation management services to a diverse range of clients in the resource and service sectors. We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Fuelers / General Labourers for various projects across Canada.

In this position, you will be responsible for both fueling equipment and performing general labor tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our camp systems. We offer excellent career advancement opportunities and a supportive, dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Fuel various types of heavy equipment, trucks, light plants, and generators as required.
• Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of equipment and fuel areas.
• Complete daily inspections and ensure all fueling operations comply with safety and environmental regulations.
• Perform general labor tasks, including assisting with site maintenance, equipment cleaning, and material handling.
• Document fuel usage and equipment maintenance logs accurately.
• Participate in daily safety meetings and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to support project goals and timelines.
• Assist with other general labour duties when needed, snow removal, waste management and general camp maintenance activities.

Benefits

Charter flights to and from Edmonton to the Project site are provided, as well as all food and accommodations while in camp, on shift.

Day rate $350, based on a 12 hour shift.

This position is working on a rotational schedule of 3 Weeks in 3 Weeks out, or 4 in 2 out (Fully Remote).
