HVAC Install Helper – Right Time Group of Companies

Right Time Heating and Air Conditioning, a division of RT Holdings Inc., seeks an energetic, motivated, and career‑mindded Install Helper/Duct Cleaner to perform onsite installation and duct cleaning in residential homes.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite installation of furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, water heaters (including tankless heaters).
• Complete duct cleaning and maintenance tasks in residential homes.
• Assist in installation, maintenance, and commissioning of HVAC elements to meet manufacturer and TSSA standards.
• Work effectively and efficiently within a team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent HVAC installation experience.
• Post‑secondary diploma in HVAC.
• A G3 or G2 Gas Fitter’s License.
• Other certifications such as ODP and Fall Arrest/Working from Heights (asset).
• Clear criminal record.
• Valid Canadian class “G” driver’s license with a clean record.
• Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder.
• Accountable, responsible, and customer‑focused attitude with a positive, driven work ethic.
