Job description5+ years plumbing experience. Red Seal Certification is considered a strong asset. Strong leadership and management related skills. Excellent financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial statements. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities :
- Operational Leadership : Oversee daily operations, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Financial Oversight : Develop and manage budgets, track financial performance, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish partnerships, and expand the company’s client base.
- Customer Relations : Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Safety and Compliance : Ensure all operations adhere to industry safety standards and regulations, implementing best practices to minimize risks.
- Process Improvement : Continuously assess and improve operational processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on operational and financial performance to senior management.
