Our client, a powerhouse in the heavy equipment manufacturing industry, is seeking an Aftermarket Regional Manager to take their service and parts operations to the next level.

This is your chance to join a high-performing team with a strong market presence in Canada and the U.S. Reporting directly to the Vice President, you’ll lead and enhance service operations across multiple corporate stores, ensuring top-tier customer support and profitability.

What You’ll Do :

Drive Growth & Profitability

  • Set and achieve ambitious revenue and gross profit targets for parts and service.
  • Optimize parts sales, service work, and warranty repairs for maximum efficiency.

Lead & Build High-Performing Teams

  • Hire, mentor, and manage experienced branch managers, supervisors, service technicians, and parts sales professionals.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Streamline Operations & Enhance Customer Experience

  • Implement and manage service estimates and quotes using the latest ERP systems.
  • Oversee warranty programs and ensure seamless claim administration.
  • Coordinate workloads to align with financial and budgetary objectives.
  • Innovate & Optimize Processes

  • Identify and implement cutting-edge technology solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, Sales) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure supply chain efficiency.
  • What You Bring to the Table :

  • Proven Industry Leadership
  • 10+ years in industrial parts and service.
  • 4+ years in a management role with P&L responsibility.
  • Technical & Business Expertise
  • Experience in heavy equipment, trucking, or trailer operations is a major plus!
  • Strong financial and data analysis skills to drive strategic decision-making.
  • A background in marketing and sales strategy for industrial services.
  • A Strategic & Customer-Centric Mindset
  • Ability to lead and implement innovative business ideas.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and delegation skills.
  • Passion for delivering top-tier customer service while optimizing operations.
  • Education & Certification
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician, Heavy Duty Mechanic, or Parts Technician certification is an asset.
  • Valid passport with the ability to travel to the U.S. as required.

    Remuneration consists of a salary of $130-160K, performance bonus program in addition to company benefit program
