What You’ll Do :
Drive Growth & Profitability
- Set and achieve ambitious revenue and gross profit targets for parts and service.
- Optimize parts sales, service work, and warranty repairs for maximum efficiency.
Lead & Build High-Performing Teams
Hire, mentor, and manage experienced branch managers, supervisors, service technicians, and parts sales professionals.Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Streamline Operations & Enhance Customer Experience
Implement and manage service estimates and quotes using the latest ERP systems.Oversee warranty programs and ensure seamless claim administration.Coordinate workloads to align with financial and budgetary objectives.Innovate & Optimize Processes
Identify and implement cutting-edge technology solutions to improve efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, Sales) to drive continuous improvement.Build strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure supply chain efficiency.What You Bring to the Table :
Proven Industry Leadership10+ years in industrial parts and service.4+ years in a management role with P&L responsibility.Technical & Business ExpertiseExperience in heavy equipment, trucking, or trailer operations is a major plus!Strong financial and data analysis skills to drive strategic decision-making.A background in marketing and sales strategy for industrial services.A Strategic & Customer-Centric MindsetAbility to lead and implement innovative business ideas.Strong organizational, planning, and delegation skills.Passion for delivering top-tier customer service while optimizing operations.Education & CertificationDiploma or Degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician, Heavy Duty Mechanic, or Parts Technician certification is an asset.Valid passport with the ability to travel to the U.S. as required.Why Join This Team?
