Our public sector client requires a Reliability cleared Senior Python Developer to assist with building a capacity flexibility optimization model and to measure how the system will be managed to optimize demands using data modeling and data analytics. Machine learning techniques will be utilized with multi-objective optimization techniques to achieve flexibility optimization based on ever-changing supply and demand.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze current state of goods and the demand and requirements to understand the current state of the business process.
- Categorize and prioritize datasets and the approach requirements with the Technical Authority and senior management.
- Identify data requirements against the current enterprise architecture, perform gaps analyses, develop requirements for Technology Architectures (RTA), and prepare migration strategies for both on prem and cloud-based datasets.
- Establish criteria for user acceptance testing, by identifying the target audience, developing test plan, creating detailed test cases and having clear and well-defined criteria.
- Provide subject matter expertise to Data Scientists and Data Analysts, regarding intelligence analysis and associated activities pursued in response to the mandate.
- Effectively communicate and present project results to the Transportation Economic Analysis (TEA) Directorate.
- Clearly document methodologies employed in research and data science outputs / solutions.
- Recommend potential future initiatives to analysts, management, and senior executive.
