Job Summary
As an Entry Level Pilot, you will embark on an exciting journey with our Pilot Pathway Program, designed to shape aspiring pilots into proficient aviation professionals. You will initially assume the role of Operations Coordinator or Aircraft Groomer, gaining invaluable operational experience before ascending to the coveted position of Navajo First Officer.

Tailored Development : exclusive program designed for exceptional turbine Captains.Flexible Entry : entry level pilot program available for pilots with 250‑hour training.Support Positions : Navajo First Officer (500+ hrs), Metro First Officer (500+ hrs), Navajo Captain (1,200+ hrs), Metro Captain (2,000+ hrs).Goal : Commit to becoming a turbine or jet Captain with SkyCare.Skill Progression : Progress rapidly from ground roles to the left seat, enhancing leadership and decision‑making skills.Dynamic Career : Experience continual advancement and no long‑term stagnation.Accelerated Promotion : Achieve promotion to turbine Captain in as little as 24 months.Your Role As An Operations Coordinator
Provide integral support to both SOCC Coordinator and Flight Follower roles.Execute all customer service duties, including quoting, greeting office visitors, and ensuring timely and organized flights.Handle tasks such as filing Customs documents, receiving / loading cargo, and updating flight information using company software.Assume responsibility for Flight Following, flight coordination, and delivery, and address customer requests.Your Role As An Aircraft Groomer
Clean aircraft, hangars, offices, vehicles, and facilities.Detail Company aircraft and daily hangar, office, vehicle, and facility cleaning.Load and unload cargo and baggage.Fuel aircraft and ground equipment.Operate aircraft ground equipment and tow aircraft as needed.Assist in maintaining commissary and providing customer service.Qualifications / Requirements
TC Commercial Pilot LicenseTC Group 1 Multi‑Engine IFRValid Class 1 MedicalMust be able to lift at least 50 lbsMinimum 250 hours TTLegally eligible to work in CanadaCriminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector (within the last 30 days)Training Base
Sioux Lookout, ON. You may travel from time to time to other base locations in St. Andrews, Manitoba, Kitchener, and Thunder Bay, Ontario.
