IT Technician Level 1

Hello,I'm Clémence, recruitment and business development consultant at FED IT, a recruitment agency specializing in IT professions.I work on two types of recruitment : temporary and permanent.All our consultants are IT experts who speak your language and work in your environment. We cover the IT, development, business intelligence and infrastructure professions.We are looking for a Level 1 IT Technician to join our dynamic team. This is a temporary position for a minimum of 4 months (with the possibility of renewal or extension), on site, located west of Montreal.I am looking for a Level 1-2 IT Support Technician for my client located in the West Island. This is a temporary position - on site. Salary varies according to experience and qualifications.Your tasks : - Process and manage requests made by users via the company's ticketing system- Help identify the best IT solutions to optimize the operational needs of each department- Solve more complex IT problems and integrate new technologies- Install and configure network equipment, servers and software;- DEP / DEC in IT- At least 3 years' experience in an IT support role- Knowledge of and ability to keep up to date with new trends, cyber security, etc.- Knowledge of Microsoft tools, Windows, Office 365, AD, Intune, SCCM- Excellent communication skills- Fluency in French and English, spoken and written- Have good communication skills and be able to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users.- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize requests according to urgency.

• The use of English is required for this position for the following reasons : - Communication with international customers : As some of our customers are based abroad, you will be required to communicate regularly with them in English, both orally and in writing.- Working with English-speaking partners : You will be required to work with English-speaking suppliers and partners to monitor orders and manage contracts.- Drafting documents in English : You will be responsible for drafting reports, proposals or contracts in English, for our international customers.
