CONTRÔLEUR DE PROJET / PROJECT CONTROLLER

Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, les tâches suivantes incombent au Contrôleur de projet :

  • Collaborer avec les gestionnaires de projet, les ingénieurs et d'autres intervenants afin d'assurer un suivi adéquat des coûts et de l’avancement des projets.
  • Produire des rapports sur les projets et les programmes.
  • Gérer et tenir à jour les systèmes de suivi des projets, les documents, les demandes de modification et les espaces de collaboration en ligne.
  • Préparer les indicateurs de gestion, les examens de l'état d'avancement et les documents de suivi du projet.
  • Suivre le financement du projet et analyser les renseignements afin de déterminer les problèmes et de formuler des recommandations à l'intention de l'équipe de gestion du projet.

Les responsabilités comprendront notamment :

  • Administrer les processus et les systèmes de gestion de projet.
  • Effectuer l'initialisation du projet.
  • Assurer le suivi et la mise à jour de la facturation et des calendriers de paiements.
  • Effectuer l'analyse financière mensuelle et soutenir les cycles d'examen de projet.
  • Déterminer les écarts et évaluer les répercussions.
  • Gérer les demandes de changement et l'analyse basée sur les scénarios.
  • Mettre en œuvre les changements relatifs aux finances du projet gérer les données et les systèmes.
  • Administrer les lignes de coûts.
  • Assurer le soutien du système de suivi des risques.
  • Exécuter la gouvernance de projet.
  • Évaluer les indicateurs de rendement pour les coûts / le calendrier / la performance.
  • Analyser les écarts entre l'estimation, le temps réel et les coûts engendrés par un projet donné.
  • Produire la documentation de vérification du projet / programme.
  • Garantir une documentation et une communication appropriées des projets.
  • Établir et maintenir des environnements de collaboration.
  • Produire ou gérer la documentation exigée par le client.
  • Produire des factures commerciales.
  • Produire la documentation exigée par le client.

Qualifications

  • Baccalauréat en administration ou dans un domaine en lien avec le poste.
  • Certification en gestion de projet, un atout.
  • Un minimum de 2 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente dans le domaine de la planification et du contrôle de projets.
  • Expérience pertinente dans un environnement industriel.
  • Bon sens de l’organisation.
  • Exactitude et précision.
  • Bonnes aptitudes en relations interpersonnelles et sens de la diplomatie.
  • Bonnes aptitudes pour la communication verbale et écrite.
  • Capacité à gérer son temps et de nombreux projets en respectant des échéanciers serrés.
  • Expérience en gestion de programme, avec MS Project et dans un environnement ERP, un atout.
  • Innovation, créativité, sentiment d'appartenance.
  • Capacité de travailler dans un environnement dynamique au rythme rapide avec un minimum de conseils et de supervision.
  • Maîtrise requise de l'anglais et du français.

Salaire : entre 30$ / h et 45$ / h.

In this role, the Project Controller will be responsible to :

  • Work with Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure proper progress and financial tracking and reporting of the projects and programs.
  • Manage and maintain project tracking systems, documentation, change requests, and on-line collaboration spaces.
  • Prepare management indicators, progress reviews and documentation relating to the monitoring of the project
  • Track project finance and analyze information to define problems and formulate recommendations to Project Management Team.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

  • Manage project management processes and systems.
  • Perform project initialization.
  • Track and maintain invoicing and payment schedules.
  • Perform monthly financial analysis and support project review cycles.
  • Identify discrepancies and evaluate impacts.
  • Manage change requests and scenario based analysis.
  • Implement changes to project finances manage data and systems.
  • Administer cost lines.
  • Support risk tracking system.
  • Execute project governance.
  • Evaluate cost / schedule / performance key performance Indicators.
  • Analyze discrepancies between the estimated, actual time and cost spent on a given project.
  • Produce project / program review documentation.
  • Ensure proper project documentation and communication.
  • Open and maintain collaborative environments.
  • Produce or manage the client required documentation.
  • Produce commercial invoices.
  • Produce client required documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in administration or in job-related field.
  • Project management certification is an asset.
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in project planning and control.
  • Relevant experience in an industrial environment.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Accuracy and precision.
  • Good interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to manage one's time and multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Program management, MS Project and ERP environment experience an asset.
  • Innovation, creativity, sense of ownership.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimum guidance and supervision.
  • Fluency in English and French.

Salary : 35$ / h to 45$ / h.
