Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate and Environment Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the President of Real Estate, this role combines administrative, research, and coordination responsibilities to support real estate operations, environmental initiatives, and shop maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow their skills in a dynamic environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support for shop maintenance and upkeep, including managing Freshservice tickets.
  • Research and implement opportunities to improve environmental policies and procedures in collaboration with the President of Real Estate.
  • Conduct market research and data acquisition to support departmental initiatives.
  • Schedule and coordinate activities for the maintenance team.
  • Filter, review, and disburse real estate invoices for approval and processing as required.
  • Coordinate scheduling and communication between the Real Estate department, outside vendors / contractors, and commercial tenants / landlords.
  • Offer administrative assistance to the President of Real Estate for project planning and execution.
  • Assist with other real estate and environmental projects as assigned.
  • Provide timely updates to shops and shop managers regarding relevant developments.
  • Work Arrangements :

  • Full-time, in-office position for a minimum of 3 months during training and orientation.
  • Possibility of transitioning to a hybrid work model following successful training.
  • Requirements

  • Post-secondary education is required, with a minimum diploma in business or real estate from a Canadian institution.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Prior related work experience is preferred but not required.
  • Candidates must have permanent residency or a long-term / open work permit.
