Job descriptionIntakes and maintains staff schedules (e.g., master rotation) in accordance with client / facility requirements. Calls and schedules staff for shifts and replacements. Using strong analytical and organizational skills, plays a key role in effective staffing and scheduling. Communicates changes in staffing, and arranges staff level changes. Revises schedules. Provides back-up and relief for staff, as required. Monitors call volume received, shifts booked, abandoned calls, handle time, and wait times. Works collaboratively with clients, field employees and community partners. Acts as a problem solver for client and responds to inquiries from, community partners and field employees. Reports clients’ and field employees’ concerns to the supervisor. Directs all field employees’ professional practice concerns to the supervisor. Completes new client order form. Communicates revised schedule to staff and clients / facilities. Confirms employee availability. Maintains current seniority lists. Formats, prints and posts staff schedules. Compiles and posts call-in lists. Types and prints schedules, daily staffing sheets and shift reports. Collects, verifies, enters, and files all pertinent client and field employee data. Checks schedules and makes any necessary corrections. Assists applicants in filling out employment forms. Performs word processing, orders supplies, photocopies, shreds, provides reception / telephone services, files. Other duties as assigned. Provides positive leadership. Stays customer service-oriented. Demonstrates high integrity to maintain confidentiality in all matters relating to field employees and clients of Staff Relief. Acts as an ambassador of Staff Relief.
