Service Technician / Handyman – Residential Construction

Harbinger Network has partnered with a well-respected Residential Builder to find a skilled Service Technician/Handyman for their low/mid-rise projects located at various sites in the GTA.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting necessary construction work to address deficiencies and warranty-related issues and providing exceptional service to homeowners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in new home construction, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

The successful individual will have the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or Handyman in new home construction
• Strong knowledge of the Tarion warranty program
• Proficiency in a variety of construction trades
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Certifications and licenses in relevant trades are a plus
