A patient’s family is seeking a caregiver for a female patient who has expressed a preference for a same-sex caregiver for personal care services. Patient is an elderly lady who has mobility challenges.

Schedule :

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 4 days per week

start at 8 am to 12 noon and  return at 4 pm to 8 pm (8 hours per day)

total 32 hours per week.

Pay Rate : $20 per hour

Location : Depends on which bus route you takes, it is approximately a 1 to 12 min walk from the closed bus stop (for those using public transit).

High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.

Access to reliable transportation.

Certified PSW or equivalent qualification

What you will be doing :

Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.

Provide assistance with personal care.

Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.

Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.

Properly manage household needs.

Provide companionship and respite services for the family.

Salary Range :

$20 / hour
