WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Customer Service/Tech Support Rep youll:

• Communicate written and spoken with callers in both English and French.

• Assist external users of the clients technical products or services; identify investigate research and provide resolution to user questions and problems.

• Troubleshoot basic and routine customer issues that are technical in nature; including hardware software networking or other designated client products.

• Greet customers in a courteous friendly and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.

• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.

• Provide exceptional customer service to small businesses with their financial Cross or Base-Up Sales when appropriate.

• Deliver expert customer experienceswith a smile.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills integrity knowledge and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service/Tech Support Rep role include:

• Must have relevant technical support experience with hardware software networking data storage troubleshooting repair etc. one year or more preferred

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must have a high school diploma or GED

• Must have at least one year customer service experience

• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

• Eagerness to learn new technologies

• Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally

• Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner

• Able to rotate shifts as needed

• The base salary for this position is $25/hr. (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage) plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
