Implementation Coordinator - Operations

Job Summary

Reporting to the Implementation Manager, the Implementation Coordinator' s responsibilities include working closely with the Implementation Team to provide support and guidance to unit personnel during the implementation process, manage comprehensive training schedules and conduct training sessions. They will be required to provide essential support and data entry services to on-site teams as part of the environment creation phase.

• Participate in unit training sessions
• Liaise with unit staff throughout the implementation process
• Conduct surveys for key phases of the implementation process
• Maintain implementation schedules with multiple units
• Independently conduct training sessions as needed
• Assist unit teams with support regarding ongoing questions and environment set-up
• Manage the assigned implementation dashboards and tasks (Smartsheet)
• Assist and manage culinary data entry
• Alert the internal team about any potential issues or roadblocks that may arise
• Ensure standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance tests
• Working with the Systems Management team to implement continually improve processes and infrastructure
• Assist the management team with strategic roadmaps and critical milestones as needed
• Assist the Implementation team with timelines and deliverables
