Meet with customers and prospective buyers to understand needs and wants, and match them with a vehicle that best addresses their circumstances Provide product information and service features and benefits, quote prices and payments, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales paperwork Work closely with the Sales Manager and Finance Manager to arrange for vehicle financing, applications, warranty, etc Use digital marketing tools to promote vehicles, upload product photography to connect with the community via social media and other community involvement You consider yourself to be highly personable and influential with the ability to build and maintain relationships and trust – you will be working with many different customers to find the vehicle of their dreams You are an out-of-the-box thinker and creative person – the resources you use to sell and attract customers can range from digital marketing, social media, community outreach and more You have a strong sense of personal achievement and consider yourself to be results-driven and ambitious Working in a team-based environment that fosters support and developmental opportunities excite you – we have an incredible team at Westlock Motors that sets us apart from the others You are career-driven and looking for the perfect rewarding long-term career opportunity You hold a valid Driver's License
