Job Summary

ThisCompany seek for Upstream Facilities Engineering Specialist to workwith the Unconventional Reservoir Engineering Department underUnconventional Resources Admin Area.

TheUpstream Facilities Engineering Specialist will be responsible forthe development of Unconventional Upstream Facilities for capitaland annual projects (scope development engineering construction andcommissioning) these facilities include Gas Compression Plants GasProcessing Plants Early Production Facilities Wellhead tieins andPipelines hydraulic network design.

Provide continuous updates onbudget projects update including improvement such as cost effectivealternatives increasing performance and cost reduction.

Lead groupof engineers in specific tasks and studies such as fielddevelopment and Master Plans. Participate in the companyengineering standard review and the development of youngprofessionals.

Responsibilities :

• Develop conceptual scope of work for oil andgas upstream facilities and review engineering designpackages.
• Create annual business plans andlongterm investment plans.
• Possess expertisein risk assessment approaches and conducting HAZOP studies relatedto upstream facilities.
• Develop and analyzepipe hydraulic simulation models of threephase flow using PCbasedsoftware packages such as PIPESIM OLGA and HYSYS.
• Conduct artificial lift studies exploring variousscenarios and options with cost analysis.
• Provide cost optimizations and perform economic analysesto identify the most costeffective alternative for upstreamfacilities development.

Requirements :

• This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
• Hold a bachelors degreein engineering from a recognized and approved program. An MSc orPhD is desirable but not required.
• Possess aminimum of 15 years of experience in an Oil & Gas organizationwith at least 5 years in projectrelated work.
• Be familiar with various aspects of Oil & Gasoperations including wellhead operation pipeline hydraulics forthreephase flow gas distribution systems gas plants oil processingfacilities oil and gas gathering systems and exposure to downstreamprocesses.
• Have extensive experience inprojecttype work including design funding materials acquisitionconstruction and commissioning.

Also capable of identifying designspecifications and recommending improvements and economies in thisarea.

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding ofcost estimating pertaining to projects and be able to explainover / under runs in expenditures.
• Desirable tohave production engineering experience reservoir engineeringknowledge and downhole well completions knowledge as studiesencompassing these issues will be expected.
