THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and the Corporate Planning team in our Strategy & Insights Department is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for establishing and governing a cohesive plan that maps how we deliver against our corporate, geographic, and functional strategies. You will lead and motivate the team responsible for the strategic planning process for the organization. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing, developing, and continuously improving the planning function, ensuring we work together cross-functionally to deliver on our corporate strategy and business objectives. The Director / Sr. Manager, Strategy & Insights has :
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, strategy, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $125,000 - $175,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
