A career as an IT delivery director within the Delivery TI – AI Factory team at National Bank means acting as a technology delivery leader, responsible for orchestrating innovative initiatives in artificial intelligence and information technologies. This role allows you to have a positive impact on our organization thanks to your expertise in delivery management, mobilizing leadership and technological transformation.

Your role

Participate in the planning, execution and continuous improvement of initiatives, projects and platform upgrades.

Ensure the performance, maintainability and technological compliance of the applications under your responsibility.

Support and guide team members in their professional development and career progression.

Oversee design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance practices, ensuring they align with approved budgets and timelines.

Influence technical orientations by challenging architecture, testing strategies, delivery practices and solution evolution.

Collaborate in developing the annual program of initiatives, projects and maintenance activities in partnership with the application portfolio manager.

Within the Delivery TI – AI Factory sector, you are part of a large multidisciplinary team and report to the senior director. Prerequisites

Significant experience managing multidisciplinary and agile technical teams.

Experience in managing technology projects and delivering products.

Strong understanding of the lifecycle of an IT asset portfolio, including availability, operational support and related budgets.

Experience managing or delivering artificial intelligence solutions.

Proven ability to collaborate with multiple internal partners in a context of technological evolution.

Languages : English, French
