The Opportunity
WSP is currently seeking a Project Manager with a minimum of five years’ experience in the healthcare sector to join our Vancouver, BC office. Reporting to the Principal, you will leverage your in‑depth knowledge and hands‑on experience in delivering healthcare facilities to lead complex projects from inception through completion. Your expertise with collaborative delivery models and Owner’s Engineer roles will ensure that our clients’ needs are met with innovative, high‑quality, and compliant solutions. As a client‑faceing leader, you will represent the organization in managing multidisciplinary teams and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders throughout all phases of healthcare facility projects.

Compensation
Salary range (in British Columbia) : $96,200 to $132,200.
The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The salary range provided in this job posting may be subject to change for business purposes.
