Job Summary

The Quality Control Specialist will be expected to assist the QC team with measuring and quality checking merchandise. As a result of this person’s efforts, Lulus will be able to provide our customers with high-quality merchandise and accurate product descriptions.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain knowledge of standards outlined in the Lulus Vendor Contract.
  • Measure and quality check new and updated products in accordance with the Lulus vendor contract guidelines.
  • Assist in coordinating and preparing vendor returns.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Receiving, Buying, and Creative teams on product issues.
  • Perform other assignments as requested by the Operations Supervisor to achieve department and company goals.

What You’ll Need

  • 1+ years of Quality Control experience in a warehouse or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, oral, and group facilitation.
  • Strong knowledge of punctuation, grammar, and spelling.
  • Cooperative behavior with colleagues, supervisors, and managers.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
  • Logical thinking and sound judgment in practical problems.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Duties are performed both indoors and outdoors, in varying temperatures, including heat, cold, and humid conditions. Exposure to high noise levels is probable.

    • Physical Requirements

  • Sitting, standing, and walking for approximately 90% of the time; 10% in an office environment.
  • Visual ability to assess items, weights, distances, and heights; good eye-hand / foot coordination.
  • Ability to lift / carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stoop and kneel as needed.
