Amico Corporation is seeking an experienced Estimating Manager to lead a team in the Medical / Construction industry.

About the Role :

The Estimating Manager will oversee the estimation process, ensuring accurate project assessments and effective communication with internal teams. This role requires a strong leader with analytical skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Qualifications & Responsibilities :

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in an estimating or related field.
• Experience reviewing AutoCAD drawings and providing feedback to design teams (AutoCAD experience is an asset but not required).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to assess costs, materials, and timelines for projects.
• Effective team management skills, including mentorship and performance oversight.
• Collaboration with project managers, designers, and engineers to ensure accurate estimates.
• Other duties as assigned.
