Note : Hybrid - minimum 2 days onsite per week

Public Sector Experience : Beneficial

Must Haves :

  • 5 years' of expertise in analyzing, understanding, and conveying meaning of technology contracts
  • 5 years' experience in extreme attention to detail and expertise and following document control guidelines.
  • 6 years' of expertise in technical writing, professional reporting, along with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • 6 years' experience in creating or following quality management processes.

Description

Responsibilities :

  • Perform quality assurance on technology submittals from partners and tracking them
  • Support the movement of submittals through the review process
  • Strict document control in Aconnex, Unifier, and SharePoint / OneDrive folders following Metrolinx policies including document retention
  • Review and provide feedback in collaboration with the Assurance team to partners on workstream submittals
  • Follow MX project and program processes including Executive Briefing Notes (EBNs) for decision
  • Maintain registry of non-compliances in SharePoint List
  • Work closely Mx Business leads who perform technical reviews and track their feedback
  • Provide deep knowledge and insights into the Project Agreement (PA) with the partners
  • Compare deliverables with requirements from the PA and identify any gaps
  • Provide timely feedback on deliverables, submittals and progress on project activities
  • Advise senior leadership related to aspects of the PA
  • Participate in weekly project status reporting
  • Build relationships between MX business, and partners
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated to the submittal process
  • Oversee and administer the certification process
  • General Skills :

  • Experience interpreting requirements from those standards and translating them into actionable implementations
  • Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, control mappings, and scoping
  • Familiar with a broad range of technical concepts : logical access control, agile development process, secure coding principles, security architecture, information security, network security, and privacy
  • Expertise in gap analysis, remediation, control design and risk assessments
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Desirable Skills :

  • Experience with GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) tools is a plus
