Job Summary

We are developing an advanced multi‑agent orchestration platform powered by LLMs, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), and AWS serverless technologies. Our system uses Strands agents, AWS Bedrock, and cloud‑native services to deliver intelligent, scalable AI‑driven features. We are seeking both Junior and Intermediate AI Developers who are comfortable building production‑ready Python services and have hands‑on experience working with modern AI / ML tools. You will help design and implement agent‑based workflows, embed retrieval pipelines, and integrate AWS AI services into our application stack.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance multi‑agent features using LLMs, RAG, and Strands agents
• Develop backend services and pipelines in Python
• Help design and maintain knowledge bases, embedding workflows, and retrieval strategies
• Integrate AWS Bedrock and other cloud services into our AI features
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on feature development
• Contribute to code quality, testing, and documentation
• Participate in architectural discussions and propose improvements

Salary

$85,000 - $110,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target payable for the base salary of new hires across all Canadian locations. Actual compensation may vary outside this range and is dependent on various factors.
