Role Description

This is a contract and hybrid role for a Mortgage Agent, based in one of our offices in Whitby, Toronto or North York with some work from home acceptable. The Mortgage Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with their mortgage needs by providing tailored mortgage solutions, executing mortgage applications, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients throughout the process. Day-to-day tasks include assessing clients' financial situations, matching them with appropriate mortgage products, guiding clients through mortgage offers, and coordinating with lenders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Mortgage Industry, including regulations and market trends
• Experience in Mortgage Servicing, Mortgage Lending, and Mortgages
• Skills in Mortgage Marketing and client relationship management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment (office and remote)
• Proven track record in client service and achieving financial targets
• Mortgage Agent Level 1 or Level 2 License (required)
• Relevant certifications or coursework in finance, economics, or real estate (preferred)
