Guest Services Lead is a leader who sets the tone of the Center's customer service interactions. As a crucial part of the Marketing Department, the Guest Services Lead will liaise closely with Marketing Assistant to provide excellent and memorable experience for shoppers, service providers and the community.

Wage : $ 20.50 an hour
What we are looking for :
- 2 to 3 years of supervisory customer service experience.
- High School Diploma is required.
- Proficient in English language (verbal and written)
- Professional and positive approach mindset.
- Strong understanding of the Greater Victorian Region.
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings.
- 2-3 years of customer service experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel.
Responsibilities / Duties include :
Maintain an effective communication with Center’s Retailers.Act as point of contact for escalated guest complaints.Provide an exceptional customer service experience for guests.Ensure Guest Services Standard Operating Procedures are up to date.Mentor, Supervise and train team of Guest Service Representatives.Coordinate with Marketing, Operations and security for escalated issues.Enforce new programs as requested by Marketing Director.Manage scheduling and assist with coverage requests.Ability to handle daily cash handling and register.Create monthly sales and tracking reports for client’s review.Manage information for promotional tracking purposes related to daily activities.Organize and lead promotional events at The Center.Manage Lost and Found tracking and records.Maintain and effectively implement Gift Card incentive program.Inform Center tenants of any promotional upcoming events.Assist tenants with Center related issues / concerns.Conduct weekly meetings with Marketing ManagerMaintain a comprehensive understanding of Center’s operational requirements.Understanding of Center’s Crisis Management system.JoinGuardteck
