Food Manufacturing and Processing Worker

Full time, permanent

Schedule : 40 hours / week

Wage : $19.25 / hour

Location : 4-3571 Viking Way, Richmond, BC

Openings : 3

Requirements :

Some high school education, higher education is an asset
Training will be provided, more experience is an asset
Able to read and follow safety instructions

Job Duties :

Work in the production of tofu, meat, meat products, and other soya related foods and products

Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials throughout facility

Work manually and with powered equipment for production and transport

Measure, weigh, combine, and mix ingredients to create finished product

Feed and unload processing and packaging machines

Package finished products

Ensure food production guidelines, hygiene, and good practices are followed

Clean work areas and equipmentCheck for quality defects and assist quality control operators
