MRT - Medical Radiation Technologist

Bayshore's client seeks our support to provide Medical Radiation Technologists on a part-time basis in Abbotsford, British Columbia.

Hourly compensation ranges from $60 to $65 / hr.

The position involves 1 to 2 shifts per week, with each shift typically lasting 3 hours.

Responsibilities :

• Generate X-rays to visualize internal structures of patients based on legal treatment orders, in accordance with clinical standards, for diagnosis, treatment, and management of illnesses.
• Complete ordered tests, transfer images to portable media, and prepare them for interpretation.
• Coordinate closely with the Chief(s) of Health Services (CHS) to ensure service provision, and provide feedback on service needs, equipment issues, safety concerns, community standards, and quality improvement initiatives.
