You will find a stimulating work environment, focused on personal and professional development, within a united, supportive team oriented toward collective success.As part of its growth, the company is looking for an Electromechanical Technician - Field / Commissioning to join its team.Why Join the Company?���� Competitive salary: up to $36/h depending on experience����️ Site allowance: +$3.60/h✈️ Remote site allowance: $30/night, Per Diem $65/day (emergency +$15) and/or reasonable expenses reimbursed according to your choice���� Internal expertise bonus:3 years → +$0.50/h4 years → +$1.00/h5 years → +$1.25/h���� Permanent position with work-life balance���� Flexible group insurance according to your needs and your family's���� Phone provided by the employer���� Employer-enhanced retirement plan���� Exclusive benefits: priority access to a company daycare, full telemedicine service, stimulating environment, and supportive teamMain ResponsibilitiesPerform pre-operational checks and commissioning of systems and equipmentConduct performance, reliability, and quality testsImplement and apply standardized testing protocolsDiagnose and troubleshoot faults and failures, in French and EnglishEstablish and manage punch lists and ensure their resolutionCoordinate with production for testing supportParticipate in assembly: panel wiring, supply of electrical and control hardwareRequired Experience & SkillsDEP in Electromechanics or equivalent5 to 10 years of relevant experience (an asset)Strong knowledge of electricity: reading electrical diagrams, wiring, fault diagnosisGood mechanical skills: assembly, maintenance, and repair of mechanical componentsMastery of hydraulics principles, troubleshooting hydraulic circuits, and maintenance of associated equipmentEssential QualitiesAutonomy and analysis: ability to solve problems independently with analytical thinking and resourcefulnessRigor and professionalism: precise execution of tasks and strict adherence to safety standards and proceduresCollaboration: excellent team spirit and strong communication skillsCommitment: proactive, responsible, performance-driven, able to work in all weather conditionsSpecial ConditionsBilingualism required (French / English) - minimum level 8/10Site health and safety card (assistance possible to obtain it)Comfortable with working at heightsValid passport - available for international travelValid driver's license
