The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the visual direction of our brand and campaigns, particularly focusing on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, digital design, and social media design.
This will be remote, and 32 hours per week. You must be Ontario-based.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the visual design and creative direction for ABM campaigns (B2B & B2C)
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create visually engaging digital assets.
- Oversee the design process for social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage and mentor junior design team members, providing feedback and direction on projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects.
- Review and approve final designs before implementation.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience as an Art Director or Creative Lead at an in-house studio or large org.Strong portfolio showcasing experience in Art Direction, ABM campaigns, digital design, and social media design.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
