Chief Operating Officer
Our client, a North American leader in their space in manufacturing and operations in the tech sector, is seeking a dynamic COO to lead both operations and revenue functions. Fraser Valley / Hybrid work option.
Responsibilities :
- Lead day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, scalability, and execution excellence.
- Optimize systems, processes, and performance metrics across departments.
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales to align sales and operations.
- Support go-to-market strategies, revenue forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Identify and capitalize on new market and product opportunities.
Requirements :
Compensation : Base salary around 150,000 + / - , performance bonus, equity potential.
