The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing social media platforms, websites, marketing campaigns, events, and collateral. The role supports the Sales, Sales Operations & Marketing organization to achieve sales goals, revenue, and margin growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report to the Director of Marketing and support Archway’s business goals.
- Monitor and analyze paid social campaigns for accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage paid search budgets on platforms like Google and Facebook to enhance online visibility.
- Coordinate online advertisements and build relationships with publishers and online media.
- Utilize tools such as Developer Tools, Google Analytics, and HubSpot.
- Develop trend reports and stay updated on social platform changes.
- Review data, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Manage website content, plugins, and SEO updates with original content.
- Write and improve content continuously, maintaining a database of industry website content and web trends.
- Analyze website conversion rates and strategize to improve content quality and campaign impact.
- Organize promotional events, trade shows, and coordinate with teams for material delivery.
- Create blog posts, imagery, videos, and print collateral across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate with departments to produce videos, photography, and graphics reflecting company capabilities.
- Build and report monthly production goals.
- Manage RFP repository and organize resources such as corporate documents, case studies, and presentations.
- Support bid processes, marketing calendar execution, and internal communications.
- Handle inquiries from Archway.com, manage anonymous Q&A, and assist with Townhall presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.
- Experience in advertising, sales, and marketing environments.
- High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with content management.
