Purpose of the position

We are currently looking for a qualified cook with relevant catering experience. Schedule: Part-time, every other weekend, daytime. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

• Ensure the kitchen and equipment are kept clean according to established hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Assemble plates of food
• Perform other related duties
• Do lunch and evening service depending on the shift
• Prepare upcoming menus
• Ensure that food is served adequately and hot
• Participate in cleaning common areas
• Partially manage inventories
• Under the supervision of the chef and sous-chef, the candidate will be responsible for preparing the daily menus according to pre-established standards.
