You’ll help customers protect the things that matter most through meaningful, value-based conversations. What You’ll Do:

• Build trusted relationships with customers over the phone, virtually, and in person
• Educate clients on insurance coverages, taking the time to understand their needs and tailor solutions
• Follow up with leads using our proven quote program to grow the customer base
• Provide support on billing, payments, and policy servicing
• Identify opportunities to enhance coverage and improve the customer experience

What Will Make You Successful:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for helping others and a genuine desire to make a difference
• Confidence in using technology and office software
• Willingness to obtain your Property & Casualty license (we can help!)
• Ability to work in-office and ideally live locally
