We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of inside and outside sales representatives for our Kitchener-Cambridge-Waterloo Region. The successful candidate will build on our current success, accelerating the company’s future goals and creating important building blocks for future growth and expansion.
- Undertake market analysis, research and business development
- Track and be accountable for overall team productivity
- Coach, support, and train your team in sales methodologies
- Work with your team and enablement to identify new opportunities and develop targeted sales pitch
- Inspire, lead and create a positive and high-performance culture and sales environment
- Own your team’s metrics and performance, ensuring accurate data is recorded on CRM
- Develop marketing resources for potential clients and perform other marketing and business development duties as assigned
- Create and maintain customer relationships
- Work with internal client managers and teams in the development of business development and marketing strategies
