About the Opportunity

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading project planning, execution, financial control, and close‑out for one or more sites. Your leadership ensures projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to high standards. This is a full‑time, on‑site role reporting to senior leadership.

About the Position

You will define project scopes, manage budgets and schedules, oversee procurement and subtrade relationships, and guide technical execution in collaboration with your site team. You will also recruit, mentor, and develop site staff to ensure reliable and accountable project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and close‑out, driving continuous improvement
• Manage budgets, contracts, tendering, and subtrade relationships
• Oversee procurement, cost estimating, take‑offs, and change management
• Guide scheduling in collaboration with the Site Superintendent
• Review invoices, prepare monthly billing packages, and monitor cost‑to‑complete
• Recruit, supervise, and mentor site staff
• Ensure certifications, inspections, and occupancy readiness are completed
• Maintain strong communication with architects, engineers, inspectors, and ownership
