Salary:
PACT (Pearson Accelerator Construction Team) is a General Partnership of Alberici, Amico, Kenaidan, and Obayashi, supported by design partners Egis, Mott MacDonald, and Weston Williamson + Partners. Together, we are delivering Accelerator, a major program of Pearson LIFT (Long-term Investment in Facilities and Terminals), Toronto Pearsons infrastructure development plan. This multi-year program is designed to address immediate passenger growth demands while preparing Canadas largest airport for the future of air travelincluding critical upgrades to airfield and infrastructure, greenhouse gas reduction initiatives, modernization of Terminals 1 and 3, and the creation of a world-class passenger experience.
The Data Analytics Manager is responsible for the management, governance, and delivery of PACTs enterprise analytics and reporting environment. This role oversees data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence functions to ensure accurate, secure, and decision-ready insights are available to project teams, senior leadership, and client stakeholders, in alignment with PACT governance and reporting requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee the Microsoft Fabric analytics and data engineering platform, ensuring performance, security, scalability, and cost efficiency
- Define and maintain a structured BronzeSilverGold data architecture to transform raw project data into trusted, business-ready datasets
- Oversee development and maintenance of automated data pipelines integrating systems such as Autodesk Construction Cloud and BambooHR
- Establish and enforce data governance, validation, and quality standards across all analytics and reporting outputs
- Lead the design and delivery of intuitive, high-impact Power BI dashboards providing real-time program performance visibility
- Oversee automation of executive, governance, and contractual reporting, including Schedule B and Schedule J deliverables
- Manage dataset refresh schedules, reporting automation, and data availability for leadership and stakeholders
- Act as the authority for analytics security, access controls, and project-level data segregation
- Partner with construction, commercial, finance, and executive teams to define analytics requirements and priorities
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and develop analytics and Power BI team members, promoting best practices and consistency
- Collaborate with the Digital Delivery team to deliver custom analytics solutions for complex program needs
WORK CONDITIONS
The position will be based at our offices in Mississauga, Ontario, with regular visits to the site offices as required. This position is 5 days per week with core hours of work between approximately 8:00am5:00pm with 1 hour lunch or as agreed upon with your manager. All employees must complete a RAIC and Criminal background check.
DESIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES
- Demonstrated experience managing data analytics and business intelligence functions on large, complex programs
- Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Fabric, including capacity management, security, and performance optimization
- Advanced experience designing and implementing BronzeSilverGold data pipeline architectures
- Proven experience building and maintaining automated data pipelines from multiple enterprise systems
- Expert-level capability in Power BI, including dashboard design, data modeling, and report automation
- Strong understanding of data governance, auditability, and quality control requirements
- Ability to translate complex technical data into clear, trusted insights for senior and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting executive-level, governance, and contractual reporting
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
- Experience leading and mentoring technical analytics teams
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder infrastructure environments
