Forklift Operator

Wage: $24/HR
Shift: Days - 7 AM start time
Location: Concord ON

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator - Material Handler to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work in a fast-paced environment where you will play a key role in the safe and efficient movement of materials.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-trip inspections on propane-powered counterbalance forklifts
• Change propane tanks as needed
• Unload and load flatbed truck deliveries (drywall insulation) from the side using a forklift
• Load pickup trucks and company vehicles with orders
• Lift and move materials (50-60 lbs) to position them properly for loading
• Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of material handling experience
• Valid external forklift license (propane counterbalance)
• Experience loading flatbed & pickup trucks
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Must be able to load/unload alone
