Job description

The Vallée du Richelieu Golf Club is seeking a Professional to join the team for the 2026 season. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Club’s Professional staff and will thrive as a well‑rounded practitioner looking to advance their career as a Golf Professional.

Location Vallée du Richelieu Golf Club Posted 2025-12-10 Deadline 2026-01-15 Job Summary The ideal candidate has knowledge in club fitting, retail sales, repairs, and teaching. By delivering outstanding service to Members, he / she will support the Head Professional with general Pro Shop operations, academy activities, and the implementation of systems that will help improve the efficiency of the Shop’s operations.

Responsibilities

  • Retail sales
  • Custom club fitting
  • Club repairs and electric cart repairs
  • Support adult and junior teaching programs
  • Support major club events

Qualifications

  • PGA of Canada Member
  • Knowledge of custom club fitting
  • Strong retail sales experience
  • Passion for the golf industry and a desire for career advancement
  • Knowledge of GGGolf, Acomba, and Golf Genius is an asset

    • Compensation $900–$1,200 per week

  • $1,000 toward PGA of Canada education

  • 75% of lesson and clinic revenue
